SHINee released their first Japanese compilation album “The Best From Now On” on April 18, 2018. It was preceded by their new single, “From Now On” co-written by EKKO Music Rights topliners Jay & Rudy.

The album also features vocals from Jonghyun, following his death on December 18, 2017. The album officially marks their first SHINee release after his death. The album sold more than 95,916 in Japan, and was certified Gold peaking at #1 on the Oricon charts. #1 on Billboard Japan Hot Albums.
